OCTOBER 2009 NEWS ARCHIVE

Welcome Adventurers' to the archive news area on the world's greatest Fighting Fantasy website.

Saturday 24th October was a great day for Fighting Fantasy as the team from Wizard turned up at GamesFest 4 with authors Steve Jackson and Jon Green. The fans had flocked from all over the country for the chance to get their FF materials signed. It was a real treat to see some of the original editions kept in loving mint condition being brought out for Steve and Jon to sign. The event also gave loyal fans the chance to get their hands on posters and bookmarks as well as the brand-new editions of Fighting Fantasy. We're delighted to say that we even sold out of the new 'The Warlock of Firetop Mountain' - aided no doubt by Martin McKenna's excellent new cover illustration - and sorry to anyone who was unable to get a copy!

Below are photographs from the day. And a huge thanks from Wizard to Steve and Jon, to Mark and Walter and all the guys at GamesFest - and of course to all the fans who were able to be there, it was great to meet you all!
